I quite understand her.sje only used May as a case study.... for May that marriage is over....but because of the court delay it doesn't work that way..... just imagine yul living his life with Judy and having children while May is still waiting for divorce which is very very wrong.

There is no basis for comparison because queen May is requesting for divorce on account of polygamy. Besides, queen May is not living with another Man for now.

Well said, but I have issues with with some of your views. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that every case and situation is different. Even though, you use QMay as a case study, her case is 100% different from yours. You can ask for joint custody, which is okay because your ex was taking care of his children and is not mentally, socially, and physically impaired. And your ex did not eliminate any of your children. In contrast, Yul Edochie does not take care of his children and is compromised. His mission is to eliminate all his biological children and settle down with Judy Austin without any distraction. No judge in his right mind will give Yul Edochie custody of a family pet, let alone of his children, period. Yul is not a normal father. We have to keep that distinction alive.

I think she was trying to explain her case by saying that practically that QM is no longer married with Yul as was her case. She quite understands that in the eyes of the law that she was still married with her ex, and was ready to be labelled an adulterer. She knew that in the eyes of the law she was still married to her ex and wasn’t ready to wait while her ex was living his life. But every woman in the process of divorce is not like her. After divorce announcement you wait 6 weeks for the decree absolute and then you can marry when decree absolute is out. This is for Botswana and I hope Nigeria should be the same since we are both forner colonies. We use the same British laws

I have been wondering y is Oga Yul always accusing the Queen of sleeping with men while the divorce is still in court yet he is making babies with Mrs. Obasi with the divorce court is still pending. Divorce case doesn't take this long in my country as long as a woman or a man is saying I'm divorcing my spouse based on these issues is a matter of few months for everything to b done . Nigeria system is another way of putting women in a bondage or test if she will move on with another man....
