Last time I did a 10 pull and I got 3 glowing cookie cutters on the gacha animation, while the gacha was ongoing I said : " OMG yay! 3! Pleaseeeee give me pumpkin pie cookie!! " and the gacha heard me loud and clear and gave me 3 pumpkin pie cookie in one gacha XD and I got one of the ancients soulstones too! 😂 I was a beginner doe when I got her 3x

Not just pulls but rerolls, my experience:
I rerolled around 30 times, kept deleting and making multiple accounts I registered as G-mail and finally got Sea Fairy
It was not worth my time, sanity and effort until 2 days ago
Got Hollyberry and Black Raisin in one multi, then Fig and Almond on separate multis. Got enough Mileage Points to spark Sorbet Shark
That wasn’t even the end of this ridiculousness. I got 5 Epic Treasures within those 2 days (Healer’s Staff, Pin Cushion, Pilgrim’s Scroll, Pomegranate Branch and Librarian’s Robe)
To shock me even more, I joined a random Guild just to use my torches. I got Cream Puff on the 2nd single pull
tl;dr: Use all your IRL sanity and will to live for better chances at all things

But a few days ago i decided to start playing again and made loads of progress on a new account
But then i decided to randomly pull on my abandoned account and got sea fairy in 12 pulls ;-;
In my opinion I think ancients are easier to get than a legendary

I’ve been playing since twizzly came out, I got obviously chilli pepper on my first pull and then my second ever ten pull I got sea fairy, madeline and twizzly

I started about 2 weeks ago and got 0 starter luck, my first 5 multis were all rare and below, atm I have 5 epics including cocoa cookie and cotton cookie, let's say I had to spend about 25k Crystal's worth of summons to get epics

Clearing dark and normal level
You can actually get it from the wizard tower by completing the scenes aswell
I forgot about the chest in tower of chaos
You can do events bc when I’m low I always do them you can also do dark mode and story mode
