    항아리(모래시계) 할때 A모을때 체중이 뒤로 쏠리면 A브레이크가 되니깐!
    발목과 무릎을 앞으로 구부려주시는게 포인트에요.
    1.체중이 앞으로 가면 항아리에 좋고
    2.체중이 뒤로 가면 A브레이크에 좋고
    잘안될때는 한발을 뒤꿈치에 힘을 준다고해서 뒤로 체중을 쏠리게 하면 안되요
