I really need to get a gaming PC as soon as I can. I haven't owned one in 20 years and I'd like to get back into it. There's so many great games I'm missing out on. I'm having some personal troubles and I think that will help me stay sane and sober with such a healthy hobby.

The biggest problem I've seen with Auto Busing for everyone is the Grabers themselves tend to clog up making it near impossible to serve. That was the biggest problem here.
With TP I would run the Busing down and also up separating it into two lines for output.

Something like that which I believe would have fit, might have made the top table only fit 3 if you didn't add another however.
Sinks are a block afterwards but clearing faster would help you run much longer.
In this case 2 soaking sinks for each line top and bottom.
Also, if soaking sinks where horizontal instead of vertical you could have theoretically expanded them to 6 to 8 of them as there was a lot of un-used space in the bottom rows.

When he went to medium groups he could have easily switched the bus lane like you suggest. I think he was holding out for teleporting
The one downside of watching this on youtube is that I'm screaming at the screen for how to set up the double burner and triple sink set up and forgetting that this isn't live.
I think there's a run-killing bug in the setup you showed at 27:18
During a rush I think the autoplaters will run out of plates and it'll teleport unplated burgers to customers.
The solution would be to smart grab plated burgers onto the serving teleporters.
My point is your content has had a really positive impact on my life for the last few 4 months and I really appreciate it. You've inspired me to get back into gaming which has helped me through most of the toughest times in my life.
As soon as I can justify the purchase. I'm going to invest in my very own gaming PC and I'm extremely excited!

should have use some of the extra grabbers to extend the dirty dish line into the kitchen so they're sitting on the conveyers in the kitchen and not being left on the tables. 5 grabbers just sitting there anyways. (commented @ 3 min)
Autoplating on the corner grabber was instant, so maybe that can be used to smooth out the delay with the autoplater on the counter
It was such a good restaurant! I think the main problem is that dishes couldn't keep up with the additional orders anymore. Also all the dishes were going up but hardly any stayed down so you basically had half the amount of burgers being plated.
Other than that there's not much else you can do--sometimes when you're that deep in the game just gives you a card that kills the run. You did good.

If you watch, the corner grabbers get 1/3 plates, while the straight ones get 2/3 plates. That's why it runs out.
This game highlighted to me that the setup/logic periods are more entertaining than the manic serve, don't speed through them and keep the comms!

When the customer's area is arranged in the same way as the video, the dirty dishes are left on the outside table without going up to the rail. How can I get a dirty plate up on the rail?
Change you tables order. That way, the closest table will be the main one where the plates end up
