Adding those green onions do give it a dff taste and I sometimes do that. the color of the sauce looked super nice. I do add some butter in the mix with some red paper flakes. Only thing “I” wouldn’t do is put the canned cento clams that early. They pretty much cooked from the canned process so they will be over cooked and rubbery. Besides that great video.

The pan is far too large in diameter for the size of the burner. It’s making a hot spot in the center that has deformed the pan. And it’s big enough you could easily cook triple the amount you did without crowding the pan. Much better as a show than a cooking method.
He had me at “anchovy”.
Where is your recipe for linguine and clam sauce?. I think he did a great job. And he didn’t have a problem with the “hotspot!”

Burner is way too small for that pan gimmick at its best !

Should have 20 garlic cloves in a pan that size.
similar to mine ... I let the sauce render before adding the claims and I use a whole can of anchovies for 1-2 lbs of linguini
