Nowadays, Realtor kept buyer in dark and increase price. Realtor and Broker are also two culprits to increase house price. I hear that broker says give us 1% commission and will able to get mortgage of 1 million if bank won’t allow you to buy more than 0.5 million.

2 Million people coming into the country and most coming to GTA, this is not the 90's where rates are 13%, before Brampton was empty, mayor was paying people subsidies of 30-50k to move to Brampton and now is full and they are bringing more people. Rents are $3500 where in the 90's it was 1k

It cost $300-350 per sq.ft. to build a house plus the land cost, now you can go figure how expensive it is. By the way I'm not a realtor or mortgage agent.
