They're in makeup, wearing Pointe shoes, dancing comically, and have fake Russian names like Upanova. What dance troupe features men in makeup, dancing Pointe comically, and with fake Russian names like Doumiafeyva and Supphozova? Les Ballets Trockadero. This film predicted the Ballets Trockadero. Mind blown.
