- Happy Mother’s Day! Today I celebrate my own mom and all the moms in my life with this beautiful balloon garland for our Mother’s Day brunch.
When you think of Mother's Day balloon ideas, surely you think PINK! At least, I did. 💖 This color block, ombre, double stuffed balloon garland goes from dark to light pink, with accents of baby pink, rose gold & dusty pink and white florals.
(Are these peonies? What are the white stems I used? Why don’t I know? Please help me out!)

How do the balloons hold up outside? Does the sun affect them at all? How long before the event should they be put out since they are in the sun?

Thanks so much! Good to have you here! I actually have a couple of more recent videos where I test this and share my findings, I hope those help! The sun majorly affects them and most don’t do great outside tbh 🫣 short answer is put them out as late as possible but know the sun will affect them!

I just got given one for free, I couldnt get the last bit of it In the car and had nothing sharp on me so ended up sitting on the balloons to pop them 😂

@@tomkay5771 🤣🤣🤣🤣 yeah they are surprisingly hard to pop like that! A lot of people are worried about putting pressure on them when you’re making them round during the inflation phase but it takes a lot to pop em 😂
Can you tell me why you double stuff?
Sure! In this case it was just to achieve the custom color palette I was going for, by inserting one color into another one.
For example, if you take a pink balloon and put a black one inside, it’ll look darker, and if you put a white one inside the pink one, it’ll look softer. I played with a few colors to create three double stuffed custom colors I liked for this one.
