- LankyBox... hands down the WORST channel on youtube. However, while yes it is really fun to point and laugh at LankyBox and call them cringe, becuase lets face it they really are. In todays video I decided to move that LankyBox cringe to the side, and to delve deeper into the LankyBox youtube business as a whole. From being youtubes biggest content farm, spamming videos, and ruining mascot horror, to LankyBox kitchen, weird merch and an ethical dilemma involving personality vs monetary gain . This is why LankyBox is a NIGHTMARE

My content is just as cringe, and I never want to hate on other creators. But the one thing that pissed me off about LankyBox is when they played a game I made. At the end when I thank the player and link to my video where I made the game, they replaced all of my text with a flashy "YOU WIN" screen so that they don't accidently give credit and show the creator of the game. They also brightened and saturated the gameplay, so that's something lol.

I used to watch these guys back when they were just a small channel that solely did "zero budget" videos (probably around 2018-19), but after a long time of not watching their videos, I looked back again and the channel is basically unrecognizable anymore.

The main question that one has to ask is "what will people remember you for?". They might make money in the short term, enough to not need to work their whole lives, but at what cost? They are throwing away their dignity and when anybody will meet them in person years from now, they will remember just how obnoxious they were. Being a youtuber isn't just about money or views, but also what you will leave on the internet for others to see.

In 2020 I made my most viewed video on this channel, and that video was a gift for Lankybox. It was a Gacha Life version of their "Roblox Piggy Song" and it brought me about 1M views. Eventually they reacted to my video and liked it, but the problem was that at the time I didn't realize they didn't credit me. Nothing. Only Adam explaining everything that was clearly happening and Justin going "WHAAT?? HUH?!?". And while I do thank them for being the ones who got me my subs and views from those videos(my gift and their reaction to it), I do not support them at all anymore.

And the worst part is… Chuck E. Cheese has 3 tvs and they are sometime in the CHUCK E. CHEESE channel but after that,It’s in the Lankybox channel.

i don't know what even happened. i feel bad for them. like did they just do that because they weren't getting enough fame and money? you should always stick to what you love never torture yourself to get popular and fame. as the progress comes along, your fans will support you no matter what you do, they will love your videos but especially for who you are. you just need to be yourself and find others like you and respect, support who you are and what your interests and hobbies are. never give in to the content farming. because then, you'll get a lot of hate from those fans you had. they'll think you're a different person or just sadly changed.

I already was starting to shake from how cringe LankyBox is lol, even from the first clip at 0:44.
Here is the real problem: We have kids about 6 yrs old watching this kind of content. Where it seems kid-friendly but they make a video on one of the scariest Sonic.exe games, which could traumatize younger children. 20 years later... We will have millions of content creators just like them simply due to Lankybox's ability to essentially "brainwash" young children into enjoying content like this due to their "key jangling". Also, content farming makes it so that kids will always find their content therefore kids will always be watching it. This is why Lankybox's channel is messed up.
PS: I might be wrong but the white hair guy seems to be dead inside like as if he has to make dumb content like this because he is just living in his house in order to have a roof over his head.

About the "would you sacrifice your personality for monetary gains" question, I feel like we've already done that.
It happens at work, when you work you are just doing what you're told to and can't really share your personality.
It also happens at school, you also obey the teachers thus also not showing your personality.
So I would, but not in the way Lanky Box does. It's too extreme.

You can definitely show personality in school. In my middle school, they straight up encourage speaking out for who you are, and the majority of my teachers try to connect to us with humor and whatnot. Don't know what kind of viscous ahh schools you've been to.
