Germany is more advanced than Poland but from my experience Street's are more trashed and air is worse in major cities, you can't really See night sky but Poland on the other hand some People are very close minded and drunks, neighbors are pricks but everything is soo cheap (quality is pretty much the same) compared to Germany or France, i love in Germany roads they are great, repaired regulary and no speed limit on some roads
