A very well made documentary. A host great pace and poise. Naomba serikali iangalie hiyo maneno ya watu kuishi na kulima Mau forest kwa sababu watu wetu wanaumia downstream.

The reason for the river drying up is too much human population in the Mau area who have destroyed the mau complex. Humans need to have smaller families. Or this problem will get worse.

assuming they become some of the biggest farmers in Kenya, they could graze cows after restoring the land as long as they have the knowledge on how to prevent erosion and grow crops without fertilizers. We've just been living off the land rather than living with the land, but the things are changing fast.

They should harvest water during heavy rain seasons by digging several trenches or several small pond’s. The earlier the better. Someone should go with a cinema to show it to the community on how this makes big changes and it’s proven to be successful.

Yes they should harness that rain water and reduce the livestock which is a taboo but its inevitable.
