Hi Keerat, I have a few genuine suggestions to make. Since you guys said that you are trying to conceive next year, please stop drinking alcohol completely, fix your sleep cycle. Have meals on time and exercise. Sleeping late night will have adverse effects on your body. Having diet coke, pan cakes, maggi at late night is not good and it clearly shows on your body and skin.
Also, leaving your good 100k+ salary job just for content creation and marketing business is not sustainable. Content creation is a bubble and will burst soon. Hope you get back to your job. Take wise decisions please.
