They were another band that got lost in the late eighties and early nineties glam rock shuffle though they did score a couple of top 40 hits and a platinum and gold album in the USA
Like a lot of these glam rock bands fell on hard times, I remember Slaughter around 2010 playing this (now defunct) club in Toronto called the Generator , I believe then it hit me ,they needed the money cause that place was a dump
TRUE STORY.......... Marc Slaughter was my guitar teacher back right before he left to sing for Vinnie Vincent . Marc plays and sings but Vinnie ( egotistical but insecure personality) wouldn't let Marc pick up a guitar period! That's the why Marc stoled the Dana Strum and headlined his own band!
Actually think Dana and Mark were on the same page about making a great band without Vinnie. I'm not a VV fan, I disagree with how he says Mark can't sing, etc..U can't borrow talent. These guys are great.
