Sista Strut 13 years strong in the St. Louis Community: iHeartMedia St. Louis continues its dedication to the African American community continues in 2022 with our 13th Annual Sista Strut on Saturday, October 1st in Downtown St. Louis. For the past 12 years the Sista Strut Breast Cancer Walk has heightened awareness about the issues of breast cancer in women of color, as well as provided information on resources and saved lives of women in our community. Sista Strut also recognizes the strength of survivors, their family and friends and promotes early detection and the search for a cure. We look forward to seeing you Saturday, October 1st!
