I just watched it again for the 100th time it seems. That has to be my all time favorite episode of any show. I cried watching it again. Just fantastic.
I bet this was fun to make this episode . I love that era . The style of clothes were cute to me . People's homes looked like homes back the 60's and 70's . I have family and friends that have house today that are new and you walk in and fell like you're in a funeral home or a museum . Not allowed to touch nothing . So silly... in my opinion . Not at my house , it stays clean , but when people come over I want them to feel at home and they do . Heck ...all 3 of my husband and I kid's have moved out and they come back home with more . A husband or wife and grandkids. lol !! Can't run them off ....!!😉😁❤ hehe...!! Thank you for sharing this great episode . I love The Lucy Show !!
@Kim Smith , I don't remember the walls being avocado green , but I do remember some the kitchen appliances being green . Maybe some of the furniture too once on awhile . When my grandparents passed away about 16 years ago I got their side by side green refrigerator with the water and ice dispenser . It started leaking and we had to get a new one . I loved that refrigerator though. I guess it was more of a sentimental thing . Brought back some good memories for me . I always felt welcomed in their home and loved .

I loved the show when it was funny situations but I didn’t like so much when it turned into mostly just songs
