That Italian cliff side village is literally insane. Probably the most unique build I've ever seen.
There was this one shell challenge James Turner did, were someone literally used the big lot on the Windenburg Island and build it into a sort of theme park. I'm talking cars half sticking out the side of a buildings' upper floor sort of stuff.
Some people are just on another plane creativity-wise.
It reminds me of the Greek village that Lena goes to from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants

I made a basegame one as well! There is like 2 statues from the vampires pack but those are easily replaceable. I only have vampires and get to work so I get it^^

All these builds on the biggest lot size made me sweat '>.<
Mine was the abandoned "medieval" build and it still took over 12hrs despite being relatively small. Can't even imagine the amount of work in these mansions!!!

@@thursdaysdaughter I used the mod T.O.O.L., which allows you to rotate items in all dimensions. I used the wicker circular coffee table and the Immaculate Shelf and just rotated them all and upsized them until I got the shapes I needed. Same with the windmill- it's just upsized and rotated shelves! Most of the complicated builds on this list use the T.O.O.L. mod and shelves to create their custom shapes.
The time it must've taken you. I can't even imagine! So, does that mean @LilSimsie also has the T.O.O.L. mod in order to properly place your lot, or can anyone use it so long as bb.moveobjects is turned on? And ha! I feel vindicated in recognizing the wicker coffee table! lol :)

CHALLENGE!: You build any kind of a house, preferably a family house. BUT, you randomize every furniture you put in. AND you may change the color of it only _once_ ! AND the color options are only the first two swatches. Good luck! :D

How do you randomize objects?
@@silveranderson5190 i don't really know a very efficient way to do it... Either you limit yourself or don't and count the object at a time to use a number generator. Or u just scroll eyes closed and randomly click something:D please tell me if you come up with a better idea for randomizing :D
@@Ellie_amanda Probably the better way would be to randomize the main item and color scheme per room, that way she's forced to select what goes where in spite of what she'd prefer. For more fun, don't remove any of the options after each roll, which means you could have like 3 kitchens in different sizes but no bedroom, just a tent outside. XD

Everyone's builds are SO goooood!!! It's always super inspiring to see other people's build. I did one too but it's not nearly as incredible as the ones in this vid hahah. But I still had so much fun! I love these challenges!

Hi! Thanks so much for all the praise on my house, it took me 11 hours on a course of 3 days. Your such a good builder don’t doubt yourself! It was tricky at first until I drew out the floor plan and labeled the rooms. I love your suburban house it fits the interior and exterior and nothing clashes! I found some of my house clashed. The missing wallpaper gets me every single time ahh! I swear the roofing was the hardest! Luv ya! 🤩💕🦋

Imagine if EA actually made a Italian cliff side water city and you used boats everywhere. Imagine if EA made a modern city with a modern million dollar home suburb area . Imagine if EA made a 1800 - 1920s town and pack with nice builds and balls and nice things . Just imagine if EA actually did nice builds ....
I don’t even play the Sims and I would die if they made a 1920s/Art Deco style town or pack 😍

If you enter into camera mode you can take us through the house like we’re literally walking & touring it; it’s my absolute favorite way to view houses in these types of videos because we actually get to see it all & get a good idea of the whole layout. I love it so much more than seeing a top view shot of the layout. Just something to consider!

I think that one of the hardest parts of a build is coming up with a shell the rest is easier to apply when you’re inspired. And your homes always have a perfect layout so props to that it takes real talent don’t feel you’re not as good a builder because your style is a simpler suburban vibe :)

I'm so impressed by other people's building skills. I love building houses in Sims, but I find it so challenging to achieve any level of creativity. I only have a limited number of expansions, game packs, and stuff packs but it's so hard to get a build that doesn't look absurd. I can't even get staircases to do what I want them to :(

I wanted to participate in this challenge, but I had some questions about messing with wall height. Specifically, are we allowed to change the height of the walls that are provided so long as we don't remove them? Wanted to do something interesting with an open air concept, but if you don't allow it then I didn't want to waste my time on it, lol. Would really appreciate a comment, if I don't get one I'll head over to one of your streams and try there!
So, I have an Italian mum and im just blurting this out but I went to bring this and show her the Italian cliff-side village and I told her someone built this, she said it looked like where she used to live! These builds are ridiculously accurate
