I feel dumb getting excited for a declutter and vanity tour, but I love seeing what you decide to keep because you’re so much more realistic with your collection than other people. I usually only have one or two foundations at a time, one of each other product (just bought a new blush, I’ve only ever owned one that I got like three years ago) and like four eyeshadow palettes. You just make it really easy for me to make purchases in even just one product by showing what works for you and what you value most. So thank you, girl!
I have had no want to do my makeup through this stay at home deal. Organizing makeup is so relaxing for me. I really need to go through it all

It wears really well on my skin which ends up a bit more oily in the summer, however it oxidised when my oils started coming through. The foundation itself stayed intact and looked nice but the colour changed noticeably. I assume Jessica didn't have that issue because her skin is dry?
I find the texture and staying power of the MUFE reboot foundation to be very similar to the Perricone foundation but a better shade range. The finish is definitely glossy, skin like, light, flexible - no creasing or cracking, but also very light coverage with no mattifying properties, if any of that appeals or does not appeal to you.
Perricone reformulated this foundation and added a few more shades (although I think there's only 5) and removed the SPF I believe.
It's definitely pricey but totally gorgeous if you like a light coverage dewy finish, but there are definitely a lot of other foundations out there that have a similar look if you don't want to pay such a high pricetag for a foundation.
genevieve olinyk Omg! Thank you! You answered a lot of my questions. I have pretty fair skin like Jess and my skin is normal to dry. For me, and I’m sure a lot of other pale girls feel this, the lightest shade in a foundation is rarely the right undertone. So I’ve been wondering if I’ll get the right shade match with this foundation. I also have some texture so a lot of the times serum foundations don’t do much to mask that. Thank you for your honest review!! ☺️

I just decluttered my makeup yesterday and it was so satisfying. Finding things to do like this and cleaning/organizing is so relaxing during this stressful time.

Would you be willing to compare the various undereye correctors: tarte, becca, charlotte tilbury, bobbi brown?
Great idea! Some people swear by undereye correctors, and other people swear they are a useless extra step!
Curious to see a comparison by someone who doesn't enjoy a ton of extra steps too!

This is the perfect set up for a shop my stash series. I like picking products for full face every month. It gives me a chance to spend some quality time with my makeup and pick products I may look over otherwise. I only pick 2 or 3 for each category but sometimes pull in something new. I’m not really strict about it but do try to maintain a smaller monthly focus.

Been watching your videos for YEARS! even when your channel started to change I still keep watching every single uploaded video. Love your personality which appeares on your channel, the realness of your everyday life. And love that you are not pretending to be someone who you are not. I mena wear blue eyeshodows and red liner for example. This makeup looks so simple but still gorgeous! despite the fact that my makeup preference changed and they are more colorful than yours I still love, LOVE watching you.

Hi jess I just thought I would text to say about the toner that hurts ur eyes and u have to spray it. U could spray it on a cotton pad and wipe ur face with the pad, this way u have more control. I love ur declutter so nice to see u have only products u love xxxx

I just recently bought the Laura Mercier candle glow powder and I have been loving it. I kept wanting to try the Hourglass Ambient Lighting powders but non of the colors seemed like what I wanted, for an all over finishing powder. The Laura Mercier one is beautiful, softens and blends everything and just gives your skin a healthy look-not shimmery or anything. I have dry skin but also in my late 30’s so anything too glowy accentuates things I don’t want accentuated 😉
I have the caldrea in the countertop spray and room spray and love them ! I found them on amazon if others were curious. Jess is right ... they smell wonderful. I have 3 scents and love them all.
