This Feel Good Flow uses a low hoop, making it easy to learn as a beginner as there is no need to invert. It also includes some unique positions and transitions that are suitable for aerialists of any level. Special mention goes to the twisty elbow hang toward the end. Chef’s kiss moment (if I do say so myself). Enjoy x

    Thanks you, so beautiful ❤️
Is this kind of spin, the look or the shape (in the beginning) possible at all on the bottom bar with a higher hoop placement?

Hello! You wont be able to find the exact same shape. This shape is created with help from the hoop moving away from you and the weight of the hoop sort of pulling away against your weight. If the hoop is a little higher you could find a similar shape but if the hoop is too high your weight will simply pull down as you spin rather than pull away from the hoop like this spin. Of course you can find beautiful shapes at any height! Just different.
