Tubing mascara comes off easily with just warm water. No soap needed. That's how its formulated.
Hey. I have tried that and it did nothing. So far the only thing that has worked is thick moisturizer.
@@charityxstyle That's so weird! I've used tubing mascaras for years. I just use was warm water and the tube come right off! It's just need to absorb the water and the mascara turns gooey.
@av4275 it might be the brand I use. I use Milani highly rated lash extension mascara.
@@charityxstyle I use that one. Water works for me. Try using a wash cloth with warm water and hold it for 20 seconds. Melts right off!
