When I was young my buddy had a 69 - 440 6 pack Charger, there was a guy in the nieborhood with a 70 Camaro ss called Sassy, it had a 545 in it, and would eat my buddys Charger up. It was the fastest car on Gratiot back in the day. My other friend had a 440 Cuda, and that Camaro tore it up. Those were the days. You could have bought any of those cars for about $2,500 back then, That was a lot of money in 1975, love your videos.
That's a beauty that's exactly what we're looking for granted it's November 2022 but that we're looking for. We got the cash we're ready to roll just want to find one with the four speed in it nothing newer than a 78 GM messed with a dashboard after that and that with the cabasha for me
Wow! Super nice! Note. Change the taillights,( need chrome inner ring for RS) add chrome trim around the windows and back of the hood ( all included in the RS package) and change the w steering wheel. Then it’s perfect. But it is super nice rt now. Only 2575 built!
This V8 is either 195hp..or 230 hp V8.. a non matching car! perhaps a true Z..but not the original engine seems like..$32k ...better than $52k...just sayin'...

Hell yeah! My granddad used to drag race a silver and black z/28 not too different to this back in the 70s!

The z27 appearance package was a option on the RS in 72 and 73 so not all RS cars have the extra trim
@@Jeremey72 you’re correct. Partially. It’s Z21( appearance package) not included with Z22(RS). Z27 is the SS performance package.

Anyway all 70/71 RS Cars had the Z21 appearance package included but not in 72/73 it was a option just like it was on any camaro

No... decoded the casting number and it came back as a 1980-1985 Truck 350ci. ..

I don’t think this is a true Z28, the Z28 did not come with the RS front end.
Yes the RS option was absolutely 💯 percent available on a Z28 from 70 to 73
Of course it did, on any Z or Camaro!
