Hey Ethan, love you and if you see this somehow I just want you to know working out ain’t all that bad. It’s a great way to take charge and have an active part in your own mental health. It’s so much more than doing it for body goals. I promise you it gets easier the more you do it and I hope you consider this. I personally struggle with mental health issues that have landed me in the hospital. There’s a lot of things I don’t have control over, but one thing I can take control of is my will to push myself and feel good about it.

Yo, I was a cart attendent for Walmart. That job fucking sucks lmao. I once had an old man back into our Cart Train and knocked the whole thing, which consists of like 30 to 40 carts, over. Me and all the rest of the cart attendants had to band together to pick it back up.
I was a bagger/cart pusher at Fry’s for a year and I fully agree that it sucked!! Especially in southern Arizona, because you’d be out there in 110+ heat pushing carts uphill into the store 🙃🙃
