We live in Minnesota and my husband fishes a lot. We went to Alaska a few years and the guys caught halibut. It had to be the best fish I had ever eaten.

So adorable today and I am so jelly!! Went to Whole Foods the other day, hoping for some lovely halibut, but turned and ran when I saw the price!! Yikes, $30 a pound is just crazy, even though halibut is my favorite! Glad everyone enjoyed it so much and that was very generous of Pop Pop to share. 😊
