Hey good people! We’re back after unfortunately missing an episode last week. Apologies for that 🙏🏻
Hope you enjoy this episode and have a great October! ✌🏻
Hats off to Ma'am Sashila Ozukum. It is really commendable to see a lady running one of the best school in Nagaland with the support of the best teachers. You and your school are contributing alot to our society and we are really thankful for it. More power to your works and dreams. ❤❤❤. Thank you Shout Out Podcast for bringing in a person with charismatic personality like her to your show. More power to your show too. ❤👍
I haven't heard of Ma'am Sashila Ozükum before, but she has earned my respect through this podcast. I personally believe that this podcast is the best in the state for bringing in sucessful and inspiring people through whom we can take away a lot of good things. Kudos, and keep up the good work.
Thank you for the kind words and lovely feedback. Hope you enjoy the upcoming episodes!
I really appreciate this podcast for bringing in genuine people to talk about life.Great job Asalie
Government teachers, they're well equipped and they are highly educated but there is lack of passion on passing the education they've got. Sad but reality hits us Hard.
No regrets having enrolled my youngest child in this school at its inception in 2007. Sashi is committed to her work, with an open mind and led by her heart. Inspirational ❤ Way to go Sos, Hope Academy and Shout out podcast!!
So much to take away! Special effort to understand differently abled children is quite laudable. As always, enjoyed the show. 👍
The most valuable podcast/CZcams channel in Nagaland
Awesome interview, Ma'am Sashi you are an inspiration 😇!!
By far this is the best talk show from Nagaland so far..hats off to @asalie
Thanku so much ..for showing us another whole new dimension of our North East India. ❤️.. love from North India to all brothers and sisters there 🥰
Thank you 😊 for another great episode. Understanding differently-abled children and letting our children explore their dreams following their passion are I should say "kind of hard talks!" in our Naga society. You have brought it out in a subtle manner. May your team continue to be a trailblazer...
she might not remember but during her stay in mkg we were neighbour's, waaoh never knew back then that she'd be running a school which many parents hope and wish their child goes to. Great person. BTW all ur guests so far seems being raised and schooled outside the state and are of course smart people contributing to the community.
Nice job 👏.
Wow so inspiring.
Pls invite kekheye sema and Hoto Yeptho truly inspirational men🙏🏻

It is at those moments of confusion and illusion great things are born, and the good thing is that, these are blessings not just for oneself but for the society.Hope academy is one such.
Such a great example of when people are hungry and passionate to do something for themselves and society, rather than blame the society, government for not doing enough for them.
This wonderWomen is a great role model. 🔥
My Pastor Always teaches us there is an Acres of Diamonds in Nagaland. You gotta open your eyes and find them. Its Everywhere.

Asalie pushing ur agenda had me cracked up 😂 but it's really a topic to be talked about . Opportunities & mindset of parents is very important I literally cannot make it into a sentence here and make it a point but I'm glad asalie always try to bring about da topic in many conversations... Little things can make a great difference. I pray u be da pioneer of paving a way for such Opportunities in future. 👍
Thank you bro! Doing whatever is required to get things done 😄
👍Keep it up ✌
Everymother should be like her
This mam is really a legend and
Parents have to understand what their child wants to.
Because if the child is good in sports and other activities but he or she is not good in academic what will be the other option???
Because all the children are not good in academic. God created everyone different.
Respect to u mam❤️❤️❤️

❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have 3 kids , I am trying to figure out where they are good in . And trying to support in that.
Mr.Potcast you're the best. At times you looks and sounds like So. Lol...
Very honest parents yet daughter working in govt sector without any giving exam wow what an irony or tragedy....!
Very honest of her father to let her work in his department without any exams, to see if she would like and enjoy the work😂...I need a father like her's😂
❤❤
❤️❤️👏👏
Not all government teacher's are as qualified and top breed as this lady assumes. I will be surprised if some of the government school teacher in nagaland don't think 'political science is about cooking' considering how the recruitment for any govt. Jobs works in our state. To say private sector teachers are second layer or second class is quite narrow view to hold for a school administrator actually....
another great round.

I don’t know why she thinks private school teachers are the ‘second layer’ or tier or level. Shouldn’t be giving one grand sweep of things. The most experienced and best teachers are in the private school system - those who have been with these schools from way before even Hope became an idea. Most private school teachers, especially non-naga ones, haven’t even applied for teaching job in govt schools. And given the way government teachers’ recruitment works in Nagaland, I have doubts about these recruits’ true credentials. On this point, I only agree to the extent that ‘ownership’ of work and ward is what matters.
Bro that shit look like a chug splash
Sheeeeesh
Might sound like a grand sweep but the truth is when it comes to pay and perks, govt teachers have salary and entitlement like WAY better deal than private teachers. So yea most teachers would obviously have gone after this. Sure there are brilliant private school teachers etc but for the majority there is a second layer effect created by default
@@bk2535 listen, do you think all teachers in private schools sat for teaching position in govt schools? Pay and perks notwithstanding, there are those that are disqualified by default from even thinking about govt jobs simply because they are not locals. Even the nagas who gain entry, how many of them do you reckon got selected on sheer merit? And the very fact that these candidates are thinking about pay and perks even before they are selected speaks a lot about their commitment and passion for teaching. Hence, you have absenteeism and proxy teachers in govt schools.
@@hendle2055 Non-nagas not applying for govt teacher job in Nagaland doesn't say anything, neither does it push the idea of them being the smart one. The system simply doesn't allow them to get job here in the state. And generally speaking non Nagas are the worse kind when it comes to teaching, besides few remarkable one. I hope you are aware of the fact that the educational system in Nagaland only changed and went through a complete change in terms of quality, after the locals took over the whole thing, from teaching to administration. The same scenario will be noticed after local take over the market system in the far future. I assume you will take sides with both locals and non locals as you seem to be a hybrid (the in between) and draw a line based on the obvious. I would certainly give 100/100 to Non Nagas and 10/100 to Nagas with regard business. Most of the private school teachers are Nagas anyway, so the question/ presence of non nagas in either private or public doesn't make any difference nor does it bring any argument, there is no contest.
