I had put all my large earrings away, thinking I'm too old to be wearing them anymore. Trinny has inspired me to bring them back out again!!

I have a lot of single earrings, because I lost the second one, and i just mix and match those, to keep wearing them.
Many thanks to Trinny and you for providing the confidence to wear mis-matched earrings. YEARS ago I lost a beloved Chanel earring. 😟 Since then I have hung on to the remaining earring, constantly checking eBay in hopes of finding its mate. No more! That beautiful single earring is coming out of “retirement” today!

I use to wear big earrings a lot suddenly one day I change I got hooked only on hula hoops earrings in gold big ones though 😊as I don’t need to match with the outfits anymore

In Trinny’s closet in the background with her bags and coats, the organizer in me would put the pink bag above the pink coat, the yellow bag above the yellow coat, the silver bag above the silver coat, etc. Then you get one long line of colour when you are visualizing the wardrobe. 💕

Both the earrings from your mum and the ones from your grandmother are so beautiful and look great on you. Special items to wear.
Close-ups are helpful
The painted part on the back of earring is a technique called meenakari. The front with stones (called kundan) or pearls and back is painted cause usually they are made as such that they can be flipped n wore both ways. So 2 earrings or necklaces in 1 piece centuries ago.

I always take into consideration when earrings drags some weight. So I try to take them off after a while. Sometimes its beauty versus comfort.

So inspiring! I forgot how I used to wear fun big earrings when I was a teenager! Then I started to create them myself in my 30s with semiprecious stones but they are quite small. It makes me want to go big and bold again, but not sure if it works when you're wearing glasses too 🤓😍🙏

I tend to pop my earrings on and wearing them for a long time! I have two piercings on my earlobes so usually wear two pairs. Have to have something to secure them. I am a big Swarovski fan. Studs often hurt my ears although I had diamond studs I wore as a second pair for years until one got lost. They were medium sized. Miss them. I also would like a pearl pair. Am looking! I had a costume pair from a museum shop. One was white and one black. They were lovely. They were designed from a painting, where one earring was in light and one in shadow. People always asked me if I knew I had two different earrings on! You sure have a lot of earrings! Like your organizer!

It's very hard to hear Trinny when she's sitting down at the jewellery station. I found myself reading what was being said so I couldn't actually look at the earrings 😔

may i ask did you have your grandmother's earrings changed to use with pierced ears? I've got some, true antiques, but the jeweler thought they would"melt" the seed pearls if theY took the screw back off and added the pierced ear"hook"
Any suggestions for affordable very lightweight hypoallergenic earings? I have always stuck to rather boring safe earrings in gold or platinum because otherwise my ears blow up like watermelons and are in agony. Have recently discovered the joy of stainless steel. Am keen to go for bigger/statement earrings - inspired by you - but most of them are quite heavy and drag earlobes down in deeply unattractive way. Any tips on where to find cool, cheapo, lightweight and hypoallergenic????

Can you show how to tastefully layer colorful necklaces? A lot of people choose to layer metallics because their neutral and more easy. But how do you do colors with so many sheens, materials, tones? Thanks.

Real pearls feel grainy against your teeth whereas fake are smooth feeling. We don’t bite our pearls 😂
