This film is an homage to everything I like and inspired by! Ramen, Ghibli, Murder Mystery, Hannibal, Nomadland, Breaking Bad and more!

the end where it shows the people in the credits as Killian's past "dishes" is one of the funniest and fitting things i've seen
(kinda expected the premise with the title and all but the twist where it was two different locations did surprise me, kinda expected Killian to just serve everyone his victim but i guess it was only a serving for two in the end)

man this is expertly and beautifully animated and the way the ramen was animated just makes me hungry for ramen, i knew that there was gonna be a plot twist but i thought that he added drugs to his ramen, i didn't expected he's a cannibal
I already knew it when I read the title, but I didn’t expect it so late, but my main concern, is who eats someone else’s hair!? I mean flesh is one thing, but hair doesn’t seem like it would add anything to a dish.

Not enough people are talking enough about how GOOD the music is. Its amazing jaunty score is such a huge contrast to the stakes of the situation that it honestly had me on the edge of my seat even more.
I went to their channel to see if I could find more videos with Killian because the story seem really interesting and then I realized this was posted only 19 hours ago. This is a phenomenal short film, and I can’t wait to see more, even if it’s not the same story!
okay, the preparation is GORGEOUS, totally on par with Ghibli food. the story is very fun and has a very entertaining twist! 11/10, fantastic!

What a twist. The sound design was amazing, and the choice to use who you used for the main character was perfection, it was such a creepy voice/happy voice.
The twist with the aerial shot revealing the bowl froze my jaw open for a solid minute.... this has never happened before. I was spending the whole time beforehandthinking "damn those fluids look so floaty and juicy"

Wow this is so good, the food looks incredible, the animation is really fluid, and the story was great. The twist was an interesting one and felt like a double for me. But honestly the hair ramen made me gag fr because god I couldn't imagine the texture and trying to get it down your throat. This was cool!
Absolutely love the contrast you get between watching what looks like a beautiful cooking scene to then seeing what it’s really made of and the person slurping hair. It goes from yuck to yum very fast and I love it. Also the credit scene? Genius. Very clear tone and great animation :)

You know, I kind of expected this. Because not only was the title made with a blood splash, but the word “ramen” always came to me as “raw” “man” and that is eerily fitting for a cannibal that like ramen
I like the detail of him using blue medical gloves and not the usual black or clear gloves used in kitchen settings
I thought they were going to have a date night, with the officers acting as dramatic moral support.
The preparation scene felt like it was breaking bad for a second lol. Very nice

The most terrifying part of this video for me is the fact that if it's prepared on a professional and clean way, even humans are perfectly edible and even healthy of all things with the right ingredients.
(Except the hair eating part. Why did he have to eat that, what is actually non-digestible is beyond me and disgusting, pasta would have been enough, the ramen would still be morbid enough with that).

wow. this was excellent. the title made me a bit suspicious but i totally forgot once i was roped in by the wonderful looking food preparation though was confused by the police closing in ("why are arresting this guy? he's just making ramen" i thought! boy i was in for it!). the twist totally got me and loved how everything came together with the vans and the scene of his crime. great storytelling and excellent job on this
I like how this dude didn’t got arrested by the police because it literally switched into a Time Machine on a moving van when it got switched places. Also that different looking ramen is kinda like weird to me but still UNDERRATED!!! ❤

Loved the pace, movement, perspectives, cooking details, coloring especially the contrast, passion for cooking, and the very unexpected reveal. I was trapped in the broth!

The animated video had such an appealing aesthetic that I swear I could taste the ramen while watching it. But oh boy, the ending hit me like a punchline gone wrong-I went from savoring to gagging, desperately trying not to launch a ramen rocket of regret!

I was fully expecting to see human meat in there or even the intestines as the noodles themselves. But seeing that it was Hair makes it way more bone chilling to me.
