咱的金剛薩埵其實就像一個給眾生底座托底的力量。他的身份堅韌如金剛，無所不能，因此也有"金剛心"的別稱。
藏傳金剛乘的傳統教法中，百字明咒就像是一把萬能鑰匙，集結了所有的智慧和力量。這個咒語就像一個大掃除的工具，能夠清掃掉所有的惡業，這可是真實成就的懺悔法門。
說到這個咒語的好處，那可是無窮盡的。念誦百字明咒就像是拿著一個超級掃把，能掃除十惡五逆罪，謗法罪，毀壞密乘誓言罪。在滅罪咒語黨中，它無疑是個重量級的戰士。
何止如此，如果你能持之以恆每天誦讀這個咒語，你會收到以下的祝福：
-懺悔無疆，罪業少之又少；
-惡念不增，心情優良；
-煩惱煙消，心境如水；
-福智如海，收獲滿滿；
-厚德載物，無憾人生；

念誦次數
說到誦讀，那才是說個沒完。誦讀十萬遍可以把你過去的糟糕事迹都抹去。每天誦讀21遍，小罪障將一去不復返，大業障也會遠遠得的控制住。唸到108遍，你的罪過就會像消失的煙霧一樣，你會變得潔淨如新。
所以說，百字明咒可不就像是你生命中的一把通向幸福人生的鑽石劍嗎？接下來，就讓我們一起唸誦這個神奇的咒語，並期待美好的人生吧！
When we talk about the "Hundred Syllable Mantra," we're really talking about the secret code of Vajrasattva! Make no mistake, this isn't just any regular old secret. This is some premium-grade classified material known only to us scholars of the Tibetan Diamond Vehicle.
Our dear Vajrasattva is kind of like the foundation of all sentient beings, providing unwavering support that's as solid as a diamond in all instances. Because of his undaunted nature, he's also coined the "Diamond Heart."
Within the orthodox tradition of the Tibetan Diamond Vehicle, the Hundred Syllable Mantra is crafted like a master key, embodying wisdom and power of unparalleled might. You may think of this mantra as an industrial-strength vacuum cleaner that can wipe away all negative karma, paving the real route to penance and accomplishment.
Now, when it comes to the benefits of this mantra, they're legion to put it mildly. Chanting the Hundred Syllable Mantra is similar to holding an ultra-powerful broom; capable of brushing away the serious misdeeds of the heinous crimes, slander, and damaging tantric vows. Among the mantras for expiation, it unquestionably holds the heavyweight champion belt.

Reach a total of 108, and your sins will evaporate into thin air, leaving you as fresh as a daisy.
