Hello, thank you for making this video. I really appreciate it. I'm taking a moment to watch your video here because on one of my websites, I am testing out WP funnels and I just activated mail mint. I really want to launch this website but I can't seem to get the autoresponder to work. I only have one form and I've been running test emails. The system does not seem to be automating my sequence emails. Anyway, I guess that's my problem, but if you have, any info you could give it would be appreciated. If not, no worries. Thanks again for making this video.
Hi @hustlethestruggle4920, We're really sorry to hear that you faced this issue. Have you activated the SMTP connections of your website? If so the sequenced emails should be autoamates properly after adding them into the Automation.

@@hustlethestruggle4920 Mail Mint does not send emails directly to your users, you need to have an SMTP [example: Fluent SMTP or WP Mail SMTP] and an email-sending service set up for your WordPress website.
For any SMTP plugin or email-sending service you use, Mail Mint will automatically connect with it and send emails.

I'm experiencing quite a few errors on Mint email. For instance, when I try to delete forms, the screen freezes. I've attempted various fixes like updating the plug-in, reinstalling, and cleaning the cache, but none of them have worked. 😔
