CDC’s Preventive Medicine Grand Rounds: Prevention Informatics

The September 2018 Preventive Medicine Grand Rounds features Dr. Jina Dcruz, Health Scientist in CDC’s Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology, and Laboratory Services (CSELS). Dr. Dcruz will discuss the concept of prevention informatics, how it uses data to address upstream and downstream factors that influence population health, and the need for collaboration among various sectors for this approach to work. She will also share some promising prevention informatics initiatives and ongoing projects.
