Hopefully one of these days I can take your course. That means 2:30 either Saturday or Sunday, because of work. Everything of course depends on your schedule. In the mean time I am learning a lot from Viviane Chauvet. She had a question and answer session in an interview she had and she said we should not be drinking milk from another specie, aka cow. Or eating meat. She talked about a pig and that went over my head. The interviewer also mentioned eggs, but she did not get around to answering the question about eggs.
The calcium in cows milk is too heavy for us and homogenized milk breaks down the arteries. Something to do with plasmalogen. Wars with the plasmalogen. I heard this a long time ago so I did the best to explain it without fresh detail.
