In Manhattan's West Village, Juice Press founder and CEO Marcus Antebi gave us an exclusive tour of the company's juicing headquarters. Starting out as a small, neighborhood business in the East Village, Juice Press has grown to have 14 locations, from Brooklyn to the Hamptons. Antebi provided insights about the company's cold-press technique, and how they manage to maintain an unorthodox marketing technique as Juice Press enters the mainstream.

I think Marcus used to use the #NorwalkPress exclusively. I'll have to look into this X-1 for more production capabilities.
Agree re: heat, etc. But centrifugal juice makers also speeds oxidation & death of all those live enzymes.
Loved #JuicePressNYC store even more than #LiquiteriaNYC.
You can not only taste the difference, but you can actually feel the benefits of a live, raw, organic, pressed juice that's less than 3 days old.
Love cold pressed juices & say NO to HPP which is high pressure ( cold pasteurization technique) used to extend juice life. Some big makers try and confuse the buyer that, this is the same as #ColdPressedJuice... it is NOT.
