Ice Cubes are collected from multiplayer battles to progress through the Event Pass and unlock the New Fireball Equipment for the Grand Warden. Since its an epic equipment I don't recommend this equipment for F2P players since its an equipment where it depends on the base layout unlike other equipment is good at any base layout.
You also realise to have the (Max dmg of 4100) you need to max a EPIC EQUIPMENT which means as a F2P players and an equipment who depends on the base layout is not a good investment.
For me I would buy ores instead or some magic items.

That's my issue with this equipment. The Warden is a support hero, this equipment should go to the RC for targeting defenses.

I have a slightly unoriginal idea, add ore to the builder base star bonus! Not only will it make the BB more popular but also progress faster, it’s so hard to max equipment when new & better equipment is brought out regularly.

Honestly I don't think many people will use fireball. Although it already got leaked before the event, it's not really worth replacing stuff like the rage gem or life gem. A bit sad how there's no skin available since they know not everyone wants the fireball but I can get ores I guess... mashup madness was great but they should stop re-using the concept so much, they might be seen as lazy. But overall thanks for the vid Judo!

Yeah, I think they need to give people time to actually upgrade the equipment instead of constantly adding new equipment. I missed the giant gauntlet event and just bought it from the shop now I have to upgrade my equipments and it will take soooo long.

Exactly. There is not a casual way of earning the resources to upgrade hero equipment. You can legit only get the resources once a day, twice maximum if you are in a war zone

I think they should have added giant gauntlet or frozen arrow as well with the fireball. Because personally I don't like fireball as much , also there is no skin this time so I hope they would have added giant gauntlet as I was not able to collect it in my 2nd I'd previously.

The fireball doesn't suit the warden's personality of a support hero but at the same time, it will neither for any of the other heroes too cause warden is the only one able to cast spells or just magic

The warden is a hero wizard so it makes sense that he has a fireball like the wizards. Just as Barbarian King is a Hero barbarian and has a sword among other equipment.

An event every 2-3 months would be nice and I’d say they should always have a skin option and a hero ability as giving people who like skins a cheaper option on a cool skin would be nice

A more support-centric equipment for warden would have been awesome.
Instead of fireball doing damage, they could have made an iceball that would freeze buildings over larger area for a time period.
That would have been so much better ! Or like a spell pouch that allows him to take two extra defensive spells.
I would have preferred a frost spell that goes for the whole attack giving a 50% slow at max level.

was saving my ores for this one, this might look so much fun, it's not a good replacement, people will never remove Eternal tome. Even though this being epic, those common 4 warden abilities are way more useful.
I'm confused whether to buy this or not. I'm only townhall 9 though so I don't know whether it will appear in the shop or not. If it doesn't appear I won't rush to townhall 11.
@@soumyadeepmukherjee8878 As a Th15 max player, My recommendation would be to not buy this one, rather use “Eternal Tome” and “Healing Tome” as your Warden equipments whenever you unlock warden, unless very good ability comes for him.

Don't buy if you are in th9 its useless..on lower level warden...buy other things..ores and book something else.. warden takes too much time to upgrade 0 to 55..its takes 1 year

I made a second account and immediately rushed it to th 8 because I knew the giant gauntlet was coming to the shop. They need to stop releasing so many new pieces of equipment and just do small events for ores and save the equipment more holidays

We can use lava hound at start
so it will go toward air defence and we can use grand warden so he will target air defence and use his ability.If air defence is in center and surrounded by defences we can get best value.
This is a really smart strategy, at least in theory. Might have to test this out.

Im not amazing but I can't see the fireball having much use. The wardens other equipment provides way too much support to sacrifice imo.
The only use I can see it is in a warden charge togeyher with rage gem but I do want to be surprised by how pro players will use it
so i shouldn't upgrade it i should just focus on gauntlet and frozen arrow

You'll have to upgrade to town hall 12 to get super dragons naturally. I use super dragons to attack so if you want to know the strategy to use then reply to this comment. Just make sure to upgrade your barbarians because their super variant is used in my strategy

@@theprofessorsergio Here is my attack strategy that I've been using at town hall 13 for the past few months with super dragons which I have tweaked to perfection in order to get 3 stars 90% of the time. If your th level is different tell me and I can tweak this so it works better at your town hall.
army composition: 2 lavahounds, 8 super barbs, and of course 5 super dragons.
hero equipment: [Barbarian King] giant gauntlet, rage vial, [Archer Queen] magic arrow (must be at least level 12), and invisibility vial (can also be swapped out for healer puppet to get more value on the side of the base), [Grand Warden] healing tome, eternal tome, [Royal Champion] seeking shield, royal gem.
spells: 6 lightning spells, 2 rages, 1 freeze (you can also replace one rage with a recall spell for the archer queen to send her in with the king)
siege: log launcher (you can put 9 super barbarians inside if you want, but I only do that in war. spells are poison and earthquake if you don't want to deal with heroes/cc)
first, you must find a base that has air defenses in a symmetrical design, then use the archer queen to snipe two of them at once. you must snipe the air defenses furthest from the eagle, that way you won't need to use all your lightning spells taking the rest out. it's alright if you hit the town hall because super dragons are so tanky it doesn't even matter. After that you deploy the king with the log launcher, making sure to use no more than 5 (if possible) super barbarians to funnel the king into the base. Send in the royal champion with the king so that she takes out an air defense and helps him take out the eagle. Activate the king's ability when his hitpoints are about 30% or when he is close to the eagle (because at that point many defenses will be targeting him), make sure to zap a single inferno once if it locks onto him. BK and the RC will usually take out 40-50% of the base, including an air defense or two, the air sweepers and the eagle. If the eagle is still up, it usually is low health and only needs a zap or two. destroy remaining defenses in this order with zaps. Eagle> sweeper> air defense > low health inferno. Then you place two lava hounds so they attack towards the nearest single inferno (they will be defense targeting because the air defenses are gone), and follow up with the super dragons and the warden. Freeze defenses when needed, and activate the warden ability when a few of the dragons are at 75% health and one is really low, or when they destroy the town hall. They usually take full advantage of the healing tome because of their huge amount of health. use your remaining super barbs for cleanup.

Judo as you already said, this is great for sarch or blizzard type attacks but another would be a yeti blimp. You yeti blimp one side of base and warden bomb the other and you have a very easy funnel setup for your troop and a quick one at that too. Can't wait to try it out.
As a la-loon or hybrid main...I will go for glowy and starry ores.

I think there is going to be some super OP use. Like using the root spell to block a bunch of defenses and then take out the CC and defenses around it, with the fireball and EQ.
I don't know if you remember or not? But a month ago, when the Lunar New Year trailer was released, in the part that shows the grand warden's Lunar Year skin, there is a scene showing the fireball attack, interestingly no one remembered this, it was predictable.🤔😶

There is some crazy value to be gained from this tbh, I might personally try to use it as I rarely end up using my warden to protect the main brunt of my troops. Certainly situational, but amazing in those situations.
I see this as they want to grant every hero one epic equipment to create a balance and maybe then these kind of events will actually be on Major occasions. But if its not too long and hard to do plus well decided i am all for it

These events actually make the game fun to play. no wonder this game is going just as strong after 10+ years. hats off to coc team
This is cool and all, but the monthly events are making me a little concerned.
The original Cookie Rumble and Mashup Madness were special because they were unique and new to the game, along with being well-spaced out. Now there's 5 of them in total, which seems a little too fast.
The fact it's slowly and surely becoming a sort of "monthly event" worries me a little, while sure I like variety, the events becoming almost monthly feels a little odd. Almost feels like it's becoming a secondary pass to the current one, plus it kind of ruins the specialty of the event happening.
Still, I think this is neat, I guess. It's at leadt somewhat interesting.

This equipment looks awesome, and this event will help get some extra ores. Only issue with it, I don’t see myself replacing the eternal tome rage gem combination I have. The fireball seems sorta out of place with the warden and I just spend so much ore getting my warden’s equipment maxed thinking I’d never replace it! Excited for the event tho
If the frequency of these events continues like this, it will get stale very quickly. Hopefully they add something new in the near future.

Tbh I quite happy that the new equipments isn't like a must buy item like the previous two equipments atleast now I can focus on my other equips which are close to max. Very excited for the events can finally max out my gauntlet and others which are stuck at 17
These event's are fun but when this frequent and short lived I end up missing the first week and suddenly feel i have to grind in the last week not to miss the hero equipment.
Its nice to have lots of events but also its just a lot for someone whos a more casual player who might not play for a week just because I'm doing other things
I think it’s good to release equipment fast. Nobody is just sitting in Ore with max equipment. It lets people actually choose and not everyone is the same!

I’ll be interested to see how much of the base the queen with giant arrow and the warden with fireball (along with EQ spells) can take out by themselves. Seems like they’d be able to get maybe 30-40% easily by themselves under the right conditions

Finally i'll be able to get my bk gauntlet to lvl 24 and vampstache to lvl 18 with this event, very nice from them.

Warden is meant to be the support hero, he is the specialist for that. Synergy is cool in all, but I aint replacing my equipment for that fireball

I think using the fireball in a Warden walk would be a good choice.
First time saying this, this equipment is no match to Giant Gauntlet or Frozen Arrow in lower THs like 11 or 12, where Warden is generally used as a support hero with Life/Rage Gem and Eternal Tome.
Looks really cool once again. One question: The bonus cubes are counted even when the Super Dragon is in the CC?

I can’t begin to explain how much I appreciate the devs for just staying so on top of this games, SOOOO many other games can’t even begin to compare… to a mobile game team. Supercell is insane. Been playing since TH8 was max (release) and I’ve had very few complaints about updates and even then it’s them trying something new (which is good!!) and then fixing it if it doesn’t stick well. Supercell ❤

There is a bug in game to be mentioned... When bob "6th builder"goes to craft capital gold he no longer looks bob (shows up like normal builder) make sure that it is noted and fixed

It's a pretty old bug around the time when master builder was the 6th builder in the home village I do remember master builder turning into a regular builder when he goes to craft capital gold

Fireball seems to be the second giant arrow type of equipment, useful but does not provide similar advantage as a life gem or a rage gem. I agree with some other comments that a more warden centric equipment would be better. For example, like “blizzard” where in the aura of a the warden all the defenses would be slowed by an “x” % for certain time frame or as a passive ability where the slowdown would be not as drastic however the ability would last like a rage gem through the whole attack.

Love the fact that my most use troop is getting a focused event around it
It might be good for funneling but It also wastes your ability, meaning if you have the eternal tome activated ypu have to trigger it early which is not ideal. But if you have to replace the eternal tome with it then the warden loses its purpose as a support troop. They should have made the epic item a passive item since ability activation is really important for the grand warden since eternal tome is so good
The fireball equipment would be amazing if it has the burning effect like the flame flinger after activated or else it might not be used much since eternal tome and healing tome is the best combo rn
