Have mercy and fulfill the law. This is a most spiritual exercise to shift what was to what is. Completing things to create space now. Feelings are powerful and need to be acknowledge. So they can understand how it happened why , what was the motivation . What would you do now and what was the mistake to correct. Sooner it is processed sooner All are released to grow forward. Revenge or negative thoughts will be recreated unless you work thru that. This has been the lesson for me. Not to just stuff it or ignore it. Light of heart is a state of mind . It is amazing how we can heal. Not stay stuck with just a bad feeling. It is not limited or has a protocol pre determined. The goal is to get back to a love set of mind and peaceful. In awareness of things being said or different points of view. Things change transparency in our motives are not hidden. I do have to allow people see it there way too. It shows how much they care or what they are impacting including myself. My mindset is also my mind health. Honesty is imperative.

Many fear death or simply not knowing what happens when they die? But i could see it in fact being a place where nourishment could be found…when we die we either reincarnate here on earth or so where else whether it be a heaven or different realm or whatever the case may be…the energy of one’s conscience can and will not just disappear…I’m open to opinions and suggestions from anyone reading this
