My family has a big tradition to play cards, but my mom has a problem on her arm and it hurts her to hold the cards together for too long. This is an excellent and practical idea to help her play long games with us and not feel pain. I aprecciate so much your video, thank you for sharing this idea

Cool project, Mike! These would be cool for the game Phase 10 where you have different groups of cards. It's a popular card game around here.

I using them right now, and they do come in handy, if you need to walk away flip it down and it hides your cards. Thanks for watching

Love the 2 different depths on those slots. I made some of these for my kids years ago from 2x4's but never thought of doing the different heights. I may have to make some new ones.

They work well, in some of them I even put a hole it to hold a pencil. I would love to see a picture of you make some.

Although, I was wondering if you could make a height adjustment to the back row or to the front. So that I can see the number and the suit a little better. If so, how much would you charge for a block?

Yes I can make them for ya. Email me with your address and how many you need. Then I can work out a price. This is a very simple project so most of the cost will be the wood itself. [e-mail]

Why aren't you narrating the work and giving a play by play? Giving the audience the type of wood you used, the degree the tablesaw blade was set to, etc..? Thirdly, what dimensions did you use?

I hear you, I don't narrate because I do this for fun. Some video I'll go more in depth. Something like this really don't need explanations. Use what ever wood you want, make it what ever size you want. As far as the degree's that depends on you and what looks good for you. Mine is 12" long 1.5" x 1.5" and set to 13°
