Welcome to Vienna's beautiful Ringstraße. This walk shows the complete Ringstraße.
The Vienna Ringstraße is about 5.3 kilometers long. Along this street are numerous monumental buildings that were built during historicism in the 1860s to 1890s. The buildings erected there - from the State Opera to the Art History Museum - are among the most important sights in Vienna today.

So nice, taking a half hour walk in beautiful Vienna this morning. Was there in early June, and starting at 25 minute point, I walked the same route home. How fun seeing familiar sites from one of the best cities in the world! Thank you for just walking and not commenting the whole way and not putting background music in. I like virtual walks that are the same as real walks - just surrounded by the sounds of real life.

Congrats ! nous sommes le 24 septembre 2022, et j'ai l'impression de m'y retrouver comme lors de mes précédents voyages, sauf qu'on dirait que le temps est à l'orage ! Malheureusement, pour une ville telle que Vienne, les tags sur les monuments sont véritablement insupportables et une véritable honte : ils devraient être condamnés encore plus qu'ailleurs....
