People choose to buy gold for various reasons, such as it’s historical role as a store of value and medium of exchange, it’s potential as a hedge against inflation or currency devaluation, and it’s relative scarcity compared to other commodities. Gold also offers diversification benefits to investment portfolio due to its low correlation with stocks and bonds. However, investing in gold carries risks and may not be suitable for everyone. Investors should carefully evaluate their objectives, risk tolerance and financial situation before deciding.

Investing in gold is a reliable choice, and I plan to keep buying more to make up for my losses. While silver, stocks and digital currencies are also good investment, my collectibles are not as similar. It's important to have clear investment goals and educate yourself on the type of investment that interests you..

around this time I’m more attentive! Its just inevitable that there's going to be peaks and troughs in the graph of economic growth or prosperity, there's never going to be one underlying cause that connects them all, embrace the opportunity, make interest, cashing up on dips.

If you are not too savvy with the market, it’s the best time! just buy and hold on strong companies or best you seek out areas within sectors that can help you sustain a balance in both growth and value overtime. In certain cases, it's even wiser to speak with a smartvestor to determine options best meant for you, I personally did this, and it works pretty well..

In 2014 A3 bed apartment was $100,000 across the road. My son was 12. The missus and I were joking saying if we could buy it for our son because it would treble by the time he was 25. $1000,000 was 83 ounces of gold in 2014. we decided to buy his deposit. 15% which was 12.45 ounces of gold. we bought 14 ounces of gold. Interestingly the same apartment is on the market today for 205,000 which is 5k more than 83 ounces of gold. No price appreciation in gold terms but double the price in fiat. By the time he is 25 gold should be 2700. He will have gold worth $40,000 for his deposit. The apartment should be around $250,000. His $210,00 mortgage will be covered if he rents the other 2 bedrooms out.

"Moral hazard" forgiving student loan debt? How about the GROSS moral hazard of the last 40 yrs where the government has issued one massive tax credit after another to the wealthiest corporations & people who in return were supposed to create "10's of millions" of good paying middle class American jobs. Instead, as we now know, they bought back shares of their stock while shipping our jobs to Mexico, China, et al.

Credit card companies issued zero interest for 12-18 months (with an upfront 3% entrance fee), baited borrowing to new highs, then hit their little fish with 20-25% when the balance was difficult to pay back. Rich people, on the other hand, borrow when they get that special rate of 10 basis points per annum.
