Congrats guys! If I could give you one piece of advice it would be don't stock up on newborn diapers. I've been told by many new parents that they don't end up using them because the baby was bigger than expected, so I would suggest going one size bigger! Hope that helps! Again congrats guys and I hope that Amber has an easy pregnancy!
Hope for the 20th or 22nd so he'll have his own special day. My brother's birthday is 4/8 & his son's is 4/7, and they're glad it wound up that way. Of course, if you get tired of being pregnant & want to have him a bit early, go for 1/10... that's *my* birthday! ;)
So happy for you guys, such exciting news. As a mum of 7 there's 3 bits of advice i can give you... 1. Don't over do the clothing its so sad that they grow so fast and don't get to wear half of what you buy for them, 2. Enjoy every minute of him, they grow up so fast and become young adults before you can blink. 3. Don't listen to people who think they know whats best, do what you guys feel is right, you will both be amazing parents.
Enjoy the (baby) gift from God. You will only realize how much your parents love you when you hold your own precious baby boy. 🍼 Rest while you can, babies are tiny, but the first few months will be hectic. 💙

I never thought it would happen I always thought Jebus was dead set against Amber wasn't so much. I felt like Amber you wanted a baby but Jebus just acted like no, no, no. I very rarely ever leave a message but I'm so happy for you guys. I just found out around the same time that I'm going to be a great grandmother it's my youngest granddaughter. It's also a boy Oliver.. I forget the middle name. The best advice that I can give you is to spent every minute you can with your child the years go by so so fast. Just a warning, I got the sneak peak for my daughter to find out the gender early and they said it was gonna be a boy and she ended up having a girl. We followed every step perfectly. Just be careful save your recites just incase. Congratulations so freaking happy for you both. I wish everyone made their announcements like this .

Congratulations! You are starting the most challenging yet rewarding adventure of your lives. I'm a mom of four, ages 33, 30, 29, and 28. My advice to you; 1. Don't have a "quiet" house! During your son's first 3-6 months have the tv on or music playing during the day. 2. As your due date approaches, have cash on hand for days no one feels like cooking. Also have money saved for when you're in the hospital and just home. 3. Have meals made and in the freezer for the end of your pregnancy and the first couple of months after the delivery. 4. Talk/read to your son now and don't stop! He already recognizes your voices. 5. As your son grows up, become the hang out house for his friends. 6. When you are planning a trip to the store or a vacation, talk about what you're going to do. During the event, talk about it. After the event, reminisce about the event. This builds intelligence and vocabulary. Plus, it strengthens the parent/child bond.

congratulations! Having a baby is a life changing event. I remember coming home from the hospital, the baby is in the crib, we look at each other and say "now what do we do?". Shortly after my husbands grandmother shows up. That was 35 years ago we survived. Very exciting time for you and your families. Enjoy every moment 💛
Awe lovely news , being healthy for yourselves and the baby is just the best thing you can do . I have weight issues ,it is not easy , but I lost 16 stones and went from 26 stones to 10 , never been healthier. I agree. Mine are 17 and 14, and really great kids. I recently heard some great advice I wish I'd have heard 17 years ago, tho. I always try to find joy in my children, to enjoy their innocence, and wonder, but boy oh boy, sometimes parenting is really hard. The advice I heard is to imagine you're 80, and looking back on that exact difficult moment with your child... how do you want to remember it?😊 I've also twisted that advice on its side a bit... I imagine my daughters are mothers, speaking to their own children. How do I want their relationship to form, to grow? When they think of me, and how I patented them, what will my legacy be?
Super happy for you both xx Coming from a parent & now grandparent don’t always buy new for the first few years of life with clothes, toys, shoes, trainers they grow out of them far to quickly. If you really want to buy new just get 7 out fits in the different sizes. My daughter has learnt this as Little Princess was only in 3-6months for about 6 weeks if that. Don’t turn down anything offered to you for little one (if you can’t make use of it I can bet you that someone you know will or will know someone that can). Plan ahead and use plastic storage boxes (think you call them totes in America) to get bargains with nappies, wipes, baby cleaning products, nappy cream, teething gels etc. Treasure the moment why there’s so little because they grow up far too quickly! Words of wisdom from a mom and nanny/ daycare worker… don’t buy too many clothes in one size. My daughter outgrew so many things too fast. I started buying one outfit for every 2-5 days of that age range (0-3 months 12 outfits, 3-6 months 12-15 outfits, 6-9 months 10 outfits) after they turn a year then get more. I barely used the newborn 0-3 months. Most of the clothes I got we never used. I donated them to our local church. Get lots of bottles and a few pacifiers ( if you decide to use pacifiers, they were very helpful). Stock up on diapers now! Babies use about 10+ a day. If you choose to use formula, Enfamil formula is good. I was able to breast feed for 13 months and was extremely grateful but some don’t have the same opportunity to or choose not to breast feed. If you do, get a good pump and some soothing cream for your nips. Trust me get the cream! I hope this helps. I’ll write more when I think of more. You guys have a great family to help you as well. Congrats to you! My first baby was 9 pounds 2 ounces and 21 inches long (I am 5’1 and my husband 5’2).None of the newborn clothes fit. Maybe keep the tags in case you need to exchange. So happy for you.

With your honesty, I bet you gave many couples hope and sent them to their dr...And super great putting the medication aside to try other ways...first. Exactly. They wear newborn items about 2 weeks! My babes were almost ten pounds at birth. Newborn never fit, and the 0-3 mo were too small before 6 weeks. I only bought 6 mo and 12 mo.

Shortly after my husbands grandmother shows up. That was 35 years ago we survived. Very exciting time for you and your families. Enjoy every moment 💛

I have weight issues ,it is not easy , but I lost 16 stones and went from 26 stones to 10 , never been healthier. I always try to find joy in my children, to enjoy their innocence, and wonder, but boy oh boy, sometimes parenting is really hard.
The advice I heard is to imagine you're 80, and looking back on that exact difficult moment with your child... how do you want to remember it?😊
I've also twisted that advice on its side a bit... I imagine my daughters are mothers, speaking to their own children. How do I want their relationship to form, to grow?
When they think of me, and how I patented them, what will my legacy be?

Coming from a parent & now grandparent don’t always buy new for the first few years of life with clothes, toys, shoes, trainers they grow out of them far to quickly.
If you really want to buy new just get 7 out fits in the different sizes.
My daughter has learnt this as Little Princess was only in 3-6months for about 6 weeks if that.
Don’t turn down anything offered to you for little one (if you can’t make use of it I can bet you that someone you know will or will know someone that can).
Plan ahead and use plastic storage boxes (think you call them totes in America) to get bargains with nappies, wipes, baby cleaning products, nappy cream, teething gels etc.
Treasure the moment why there’s so little because they grow up far too quickly!
Most of all have fun and enjoy every moment

Words of wisdom from a mom and nanny/ daycare worker… don’t buy too many clothes in one size. My daughter outgrew so many things too fast. I started buying one outfit for every 2-5 days of that age range (0-3 months 12 outfits, 3-6 months 12-15 outfits, 6-9 months 10 outfits) after they turn a year then get more. I barely used the newborn 0-3 months. Most of the clothes I got we never used. I donated them to our local church. Get lots of bottles and a few pacifiers ( if you decide to use pacifiers, they were very helpful). Stock up on diapers now! Babies use about 10+ a day. If you choose to use formula, Enfamil formula is good. I was able to breast feed for 13 months and was extremely grateful but some don’t have the same opportunity to or choose not to breast feed. If you do, get a good pump and some soothing cream for your nips. Trust me get the cream! I hope this helps. I’ll write more when I think of more. You guys have a great family to help you as well. Exactly. They wear newborn items about 2 weeks! My babes were almost ten pounds at birth. Newborn never fit, and the 0-3 mo were too small before 6 weeks. I only bought 6 mo and 12 mo.
