      Dish soap can often leave what people call "water stains" on certain fabric or carpet seats. I explain in the video why it's best to use an all purpose cleaner. Or specifically a shampoo for car interior.
      Dish soap can be used on some surfaces. But you get better results with an APC.

    • @carlojoseph5858

    You said the purpose of the steamer was to get the salt out. But I don’t quite understand why you steam the seat if there is no salt there. Can you please explain?

    • @carlojoseph5858
      @carlojoseph5858  Před 3 lety +1

      Good question! - I meant that steam can help get salt out of carpets\cloth in general, if you check out my channel I have a video specifically for salt removal techniques with and without a steamer on car carpets. In this video I just use the steam as an 'extra' step to help disinfect the seats further as it also kills 99.9% of germs, makes them smell fresh and new and not to mention it helps in the stain removal process. Hope that helps!
