American Girl Birthday Party Hair Salon and Mini Manicure, plus a party in the Private Dining Room!

We surprised our 6 year old with an American Girl Party in New York City! She thought we were just going to shop, what she didn't know was we had booked a Private Dining Room experience with the Sweet Sprinkles Birthday Celebration for our family, appointments for both her and her doll at the hair salon, plus a mini manicure for girl and doll. At the Salon, the birthday girl received the birthday hair style complete with crown for both herself and her doll. We completed the experience with private shopping to spend her birthday money.

I would highly recommend the private dining room experience as well. We had a room to ourselves! They started the meal with cinnamon rolls and we ordered our meal from the menu. We were also given fruit and veggies as an appetizer and while we waited, the kids were able to decorate a cupcake for themselves and their doll. The cutest part was each of them sat their doll in the highchair by their side, too cute!
The experience ended up taking the entire day because we did everything and the salon was pretty backed up. Be sure to either do select experiences or start your day earlier with the salon before lunch. We had the salon after lunch.
