Chef Alan...I have to mention this! One of the main reasons I love you (besides the fact that I LEARN from you!) is that while you are very professional, you don't take this TOO seriously! Please don't ever decide to change your videos and cut out little accidents or mistakes. Your calm demeanor when this happens gives us the confidence and courage to continue and not give up! I’ve been looking for you tube videos to teach my daughters hair to decorate cakes and I’ve found yours to be the best. We will begin our classes soon. While we watch stop and practice. I have started watching all of the teaching videos. I really love how he shows step by step and explains why something is done a certain way. That really helps with the understanding of why it is done this way. Can't wait till I get to try some of the tips. Baking from scratch is new to me (since I usually use box mixes), but with all of the stress in the oil field in south Louisiana I find baking relaxes me. Thank you for your videos and keep on teaching!

I want to say thank you for your videos I never was very good with flowers and borders. I had a friend who asked me to make a double heart cake for Valentines and a birthday in one. I found your videos and watched as many as I could so I could decorate the cake. I have all boys so have never done a fancy or girly cake until now thanks to you I am very proud of my cake.
