  • Hello everyone and welcome to VetAaron Gaming Raid Shadow Legends! I'm going to be attempting to fuse the Vault Keeper Wixwell and I'm going to document the journey. We'll find out if it is doable for the average player around my level and more importantly, what resources it will cost. Call it an experiment, call it crazy, call it what you will but we're going for it! Let me know your thoughts in the Comments section below. If you enjoy the video make sure you hit that thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe to the channel so you don't miss upcoming content. As always, have fun and good luck! #raidshadowlegends #mobilegame #gaming

I consider myself an average player. (Or even below average, lol! There are several parts of the game I don't even bother trying to play.)
The answer to your question is in your title: can the average player complete "A" fusion? Yes: with proper preparation, the average player can pick ONE fusion to do when he or she is ready for it, and likely complete it successfully without spending money. But as in most of life, timing is everything!
The pain points are silver; energy; potions; shards; and, finally, your own time (an often-overlooked cost). The fewer you have of each resource, the more you will have to rely on experience, luck--and money--to get you through.
Wixwell is an old-school fusion, where you have to achieve a certain amount of points in numerous tournaments in order to gain the "food Champions" you'll be forced to level, ascend, and ultimately waste to get the target Champion. You'll need copious amounts of silver for artifact improvement, leveling, and summoning; huge amounts of energy, to run through Dungeon levels; and tons of brews and potions to improve your food Champions. It is extremely challenging.
I've done these in the past and unfortunately, I think Wixwell's fusion is harder than most, because they have placed the Rare food Champions you need fairly deep in each tournament. For example, in the Dragon Tournament, you need 2,250 points to claim a copy of Teryx the Relentless; that is only one spot from the top prize tier. In past fusions, the required Champion has been three or four spots removed from the top tier--much easier to achieve. (And you need SIXTEEN copies of Teryx!)
I'm not going to advise anyone what to do about fusions. Each player has to look at his or her own account and decide for themselves if the resources they'll be forced to throw away are worth it to get the target Champion. But I think it's important to realize the resources you use COULD, instead, have gone to developing Champions you already have. People tend to get excited about all the shiny new Champions and overlook the fact that if they worked with what they already have, their account would progress more quickly and efficiently.
My view is that fusions are for very advanced players to acquire Champions that fill a very specific niche for them. Most of us would be better served to develop and play with what we've got. I will not be going for Wixwell.

I know that was a lot of typing but your points are very well thought out and well written. Thank you very much for the input. I'm not sure what I'll do for future fusions, but I do agree this one seems like a lot.
