Walvis bay has 103 000 people according to last Population census of Last year. Swakopmund has 75000 people. I think generally Namibian streets are empty until Monthend or payday. One of the contributing factors is that no street trading allowed in most Namibian streets. Usually people only do trade at designated markets and Malls. Namibia towns and cities only get packed pay days according to my experience. It's like everyone hibernating come out that Monthend.
