A nice and fair comparison. But if you compare it against the BeO m5 would be even more comparable, since they are stationary speakers, and closer in terms of power loudness, and on low frequency.
Yannick Otto Same here. Got mine nearly two years ago and I still love it! After Toni's & Oluv's video's I've decided to grab one and that was the best decision regarding a speaker that I've ever done. It is still amazes me for this day when I listen to it.
Excellent comparison Toni. Both sound great. My thoughts. The Oslo has better treble and the Devialet has better bass. But both sound great. Too bad the Devialet doesn’t have a battery.

@clavinetjunkie Heck yeah, if the portability is main priority then, but Phantom Reactor to my eye fit very nicely to living room and can be used as conversation starter

Maurice as Toni said, the reactor is louder than the Oslo... The reactor is possibly louder than the boombox, it’s incredible, but it has deeper bass, and it’s not inferior than the boombox on bass.
@@migks37 i dont think it has the power and punch of the boombox on high volume (the boombox was close to the power of the bigger gold phantom already,, as shown in tonis videos before) . Also as i said, both are completely different. Not worth to compare. Boombox is portable, reactor not. Boombox costs about 350 euro, reactor 1200 euro. Completely different speakers in price, size, portability... Sound signature of course different too, since the reactor is mono and more for hifi indoor listening and the boombox stereo for parties outdoor, with no "hifi tuning" So i dont get why people would need a comparison between the boombox and the reactor. @@RennieAsh yeah but there are a lot of factors.
