Colorado’s Rise Among US’ Top Tech Hubs has CSU Holding a Major Federal Research Conference

Colorado is among the nation’s fastest-growing technology hubs today, and CSU is at the forefront of this thriving tech ecosystem.
In recognition of CSU’s leadership in technology and innovation, DARPA, the research and development agency of the US Department of Defense, will host a two-day conference in Fort Collins on Aug. 30-31. The DARPA Forward conference at CSU is the first such event in a series at six universities around the country. About 400 government officials, entrepreneurs, scientists, business leaders and military officials will convene at CSU’s Lory Student Center, seeking to advance disruptive technologies.
