Burntisland Fun Fair Vlog 2022

- We are back in Scotland once again to take on Burntisland Fun Fair in our first vlog of 3 for summer 2022
Another new ground as we visit Scotland for the third time this year as we track down new rides for the Scottish region including a new Waltzer.
*Please note that I have learnt that 'Codonas Waltzer' is now a Wheatley's ride*
Rides here consist of Speed Buzz, Music Explosion Matterhorn, Rock and Roll Jolly Tubes, Trail Blazer Superbob, Taylor's Equalizer Waltzer, Stanley Gamble Jumpin', and so so much more. Take look at the full line up with our tour from the start of the vlog
This fair is on until mid August and open from 1pm until 9pm. Location is at 'The Links' Burntisland and rides are from £2.50
Please note we use specific equipment to film on rides. We strongly suggest that you don't use your phone on rides.

The paratrooper brings back memories of a butlins holiday at skegness looks exactly the same vintage machine, stay safe boys cheers

Great vlog lads! Nice to see Scottish fairs being showcased.. It was Thomsons wheel at KLM thry travel two wheels now the other is down south and the one from Burntisland is in Largs now.. Looking forward to the other vlogs.

Number one fun fair vloggers. You travel so many miles to cover these grounds. You wouldn't see the wet wipes from Nottingham area do this. No1

great vlog, four hill waltzers are old speedways , And a lot of them was Maxwell machines built in scotland ,,
Makes sense why they are mostly 4 hill then
Brill vlog Paul and theo, really enjoyed it, remember going on the speedway a lot as a teenager and all I did was sing all the time I was on it. Do you remember the parachute ride at pleasureland southport, I don't know if your old enough, but I used to think that was good

Great vlog. I visited Burntisland a couple weeks ago when the big wheel was still there. I've done quite a few rides there including both waltzers and most of the funhouses (except Big Boot). It's been one of my favourite grounds this year.

@@PTVlogsUK Yeah it was. Both the biggest funhouses in Scotland were there (Both designed by Walter Murphy as well) and I've done both of them.

They're only allowed to use mics for safety announcements at Burntisland and the music has to be quiet due to the duration of the fair and proximity to houses. Showmen can be reported to the guild by other members if they don't stick to the rules, but not sure how seriously this is enforced. Think the rules are not in places for the Highland games day.

Just so your aware, a few of the rides are gone as the fair gets bigger around the middle of July and gets smaller around this time, so that why there’s no dodgems etc
It was only 2 main rides I believe so not all too bad

Is Burntisland in fife? I remember as a kid my parents taking me to Burntisland and we stayed in a caravan and then every year we would stay at my mams family in Tranent East Lothian but I remember it very well even thou it was in the 70s
