Just so happend to find this video. Honestly; Wouldn't recommend moving to Joplin. There are better places around here to live. Basically nothing TO DO here nearby. I'd just recommend moving anywhere closer to St. Louis (Prices are roughly the same aswell less you want to live in city)

Do most homes in joplin require separate tornado insurance? Or is it all under typical homeowners insurance?
