I think this would have gone a lot better for the WW2 troops if the artillery had utilized the longer range, provided cover and softened up the opposing trolls from a distance, rather than hold their fire until the enemy was literally on top of them.
Also once the trolls started to push past the first line of infantry the tanks should have spread out their line a bit to try to prevent the trolls from flanking them the way they did.
These brave souls standing there fighting till the last breathe and not move an inch. BTW sherman tanks should have machine guns right? Or the tanks could hv just ran the trolls over.

It would be more realistic if the shots fired from the soldiers and the tanks limited to what ammo they might have actually carried. Then the troops would be hand to hand and the tanks would have to run over the trolls.

Could you put in another attack formation other than this one? Leaving the combatants in a straight line position is to allow a lateral attack. The videos I watch are like this. Where are the mines?
soldiers are not reloading. soldiers are not running out of bullets and they should given the numbers. Soldiers bullet are going through other soldiers and so are tanks fire. Something liek this is obviously fantsy but there is a lot of room for improvement

I'm really enjoying watching these games. But, I think they should change the attack formation defense and attack. And these tanks, I can't do it. I prefer good old Rambo with that wonderful machine gun that destroys everything in sight. 😄
First of all I would put my soldiers behind the tanks and start raining 20 lb shells on those giants and since we're talking world war II put in a couple of attack planes they even have bombers back then this isn't even realistic I mean I get that but what I mean is tanks are waiting for the giant trolls to literally be within mere feet of them when reality is those shells can travel for many miles but whatever I'll watch I'll play along.

Every unit has HP and damage stats (among others). iirc a troll has 10k health, a single soldier has about 300
