Kcm1 naruo did his thing. He negged obito giant kunai and Madara’s susanoo shuriken. #2. He begged Obitos firestyle , Madara’s giant firestyle and a attack from tentails at the same time and protected everyone. #3. He protected everyone from the tentails catastrophic attacks.

It can be understood why Kakashi wants Obito to change his mind not only because he is his friend, but also because Kakashi saw that Obito is very insistent to make Naruto fall into despair because he is a reflection of Obito of the past. Obito did many atrocities but Kakashi also witnessed how assassins changed their minds at the last minute: for example Zabuza and although he didn't witness how Naruto changed Nagato, he did see the results of that change when they revived all the ninjas of Konoha in Pain's invasion.
Once Obito's mask was broken, you could see how he really is, it doesn't excuse him for all the crimes he committed, but much of his life he was imitating Madara's personality or Tobi's goofy personality but never his own personality. If Obito after losing the mask, was still showing that cold personality like Madara, I highly doubt Kakashi tried to talk to him, but Obito is shown empathetic in this chapter and other actions that show that he wants everyone to accept his point of view, there is no hope in this world and Infinite Tsukuyomi is better, and that is shown more when Obito told Naruto that he can make him Hokage in the genjutsu world or Kakashi in this chapter. Lastly, I always felt that Obito kept committing crimes not only to achieve his goal of the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but because there are so many things he did, there is simply no way to redeem himself.

So many ppl hate on Tobirama but the reason the uchiha got wiped out is because they literally planned a coup d'etat. In turn they only did that because of being outcasted and ppl suspecting them for controling the nine tails which literally an uchiha did. If not for Obito controlling nine tails the coup d'etat would never have happened. If anyone is responsible for the downfall of the Uchiha it is mainly Obito and Madara sprinkled with some greed and ambition from Danzo.
