2005 sti full sd tune E85 cold startup

After years of battling with cold startups using E85, I finally found a solution via tuning that works. www.romraider.c...
Keep in mind this is not E70 fuel that the rest of the USA gets around winter time. We get e85 year round.
It was 16 degrees outside during this startup.
