10 SIGNS SOMEONE IS LYING TO YOU

You might don’t know but, we all get lied to many times in daily basis. But it is actually easy to find someone is lying to you.
Behavioural analyst and body language expert Dr. Lillian Glass, who has worked with the FBI on unmasking signals of deception, says when trying to figure out if someone is being dishonest, you'll need to pay careful attention to their facial expressions, body language, and speech patterns. She write all of these in her book “The Body Language of Liars."
So we present you 10 signs someone is lying to you.
Number 1 breathing
When someone is nervous and lying to you, they may begin to breathe more heavily and also their shoulders rise and their voice gets shallow. So careful with these people they may be lying to you.
Number 2 Repeating words
If someone repeats words or phrases while talking to you, he or she may be lying to you. Because they’re trying to convince you of something. And also they get time to gather new words by repeating old words. So be aware of this.
Number 3 Position of head
If you see someone suddenly jerk their head when you ask them a direct question, They may be lying to you. So next time watch their heads.
Number 4 Too much information
An excess of details is often a sign of lying. Liars hope that talking a lot will be
perceived as openness and truthfulness. So if someone is giving you too much
information about something, be aware of it because they might be lying to
you.
Number 5 almost no blinking of eye
Normally we think people blink their eyes more when they are lying but liars
could go the extra mile to maintain eye contact in attempt to control and
manipulate you.
Number 6 Tend to point a lot
Liars become defensive when they think you discovered their lie, which may
result in lot of pointing, so time when you talk to someone keep in mind this
fact.
Number 7 touch or cover their mouth
If someone touch or cover his or her mouth, it could mean he or she is lying to
you. Because people unconsciously cover their mouth when they want to avoid
answering a question
Number 8 Difficulty in speaking
Our mouths get dry when we are stressed and lying. So watch signs like sudden
lip biting or pursed lips and become Sherlock homes ( hahahahaha …… just
joking)
Number 9 They instinctively cover vulnerable body parts
When people’s hand moves to cover parts of their throat, chest, neck, head, or
abdomen while talking might be sign of liars. So next time take a look on hands
too.
Number 10 They stand very still
If someone stands in rigid stance while talking might be sign of a liar because
relaxed, unconscious movements come naturally in normal conversation.
