im blown away by how good this episode is after just having watched it for the first time. it's funny because this show has been this good before but i wasnt expecting it for this episode. i was originally put off by them killing off vinnie's brother, but they really made it into a good plot point, with vinnie sort of projecting his brotherly love onto the kid. and in the end he takes angelas advice and comes to terms with it. really good stuff! i should've had more faith in the writers lol. this show's past 2 little arcs have been absolutely crazy, sometimes i can't believe that what im watching was a real thing thought up by real people. and thats all good fun, but i hope they continue to do more grounded plotlines like this from hereon out. especially coming off of the last plotline which seemed to focus solely on how crazy mel and sue are lmfao. vinnie sort of has a similar connection with roger, even more so with sonny (i LOVED the last episode of that arc as well), and vinnie has always had his very sweet interactions with his mom and brother. but from what i can remember that's about it. or maybe im wrong! i'll have to rewatch this show once i finish it to get my more final opinion. anyways tldr i'm looking forward to watching more.
